How to Delete a Street View Tour That Isn't in GoThru

To delete a Street View tour that wasn't published with GoThru (i.e., Matterport or directly on Street View), you can import it into GoThru and delete it using these steps:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to My Tours in GoThruLog in to your GoThru account and navigate to the My Tours section from the dashboard.
  2. Click 'Import from Google'In the top right of the My Tours page, click the Import from Google button.
  3. Find the TourUse the business name or CID number to search for the Street View tour you want to delete. Once located, click Import to bring the tour into your GoThru account.
  4. Select the Imported TourOnce the tour appears in your dashboard, click on it to open the Tour Details page.
  5. Delete from Street ViewClick the trash bin icon next to the tour title (you’ll see the tooltip "Delete from Street View" when hovering). Confirm the deletion.

Note: You must connect your Street View account to GoThru before using the import function. Otherwise, you won't be able to access tours not already in your account.
