How To Merge Tours In GoThru

GoThru allows you to merge multiple tours that belong to the same business or belong to the same location into a single tour. This is useful when a location was captured in separate sessions and you want everything combined into one continuous Street View tour.

Step 1: Open My Tours

  1. Log in to your GoThru account.
  2. From the left-side menu, click My Tours.
  3. Locate the tours you want to merge.

Step 2: Identify the Destination Tour

  1. Decide which tour will be the destination (final) tour.
    • This is the tour where you click the three‑dot menu (⋮) and choose Merge Tour.
    • The final merged result will live in this tour.
  2. Inside the Merge Tour dialog, select the source tour (by CID or name).
    • The source tour’s panoramas will be merged into the destination tour.
    • The source tour will still remain as a separate tour after the merge.

Step 3: Open the Merge Tool

  1. On the tour you want to merge into, click the three‑dot menu (⋮) on the tour thumbnail.
  2. Select Merge Tour.

Step 4: Select the Tour to Merge Into

  1. In the Merge Tour dialog, enter the CID of the source tour.
  2. Confirm that the correct tour name is shown.
  3. Click Merge.

Step 5: Wait for the Merge to Complete

  • GoThru will process the merge automatically.
  • You will be notified once the merging process is finished.
  • Processing time depends on the number of panoramas being merged.

Step 6: Review the Merged Tour

  1. Go back to My Tours.
  2. Open the destination tour.
  3. Review the map view and navigation to confirm that all panoramas are now merged correctly.

After merging, you can:

  • Adjust pano connections
  • Edit headings
  • Modify tour details
  • Publish or re‑publish the merged tour to Google Street View

Merging tours in the new GoThru interface is done directly from My Tours using the Merge Tour option. Choose the correct destination tour, confirm the merge, and then review the combined result before publishing.
