How To Share An Editable Tour In the Virtual Tour Editor

To share a tour project with more than one person without entering individual email addresses, use the Virtual Tour Editor's share function. This allows anyone with the link to open and edit the tour—ideal for collaborating with clients or coworkers, as everyone’s changes are saved in the same tour.

Steps to Share and Collaborate on a Tour

  1. Go to My Tours and select the tour you want to share. → My Tours > Select tour > Tools
  2. Open the tour in the Virtual Tour Editor if the project is already active, or click Create Virtual Tour for a new project.
  3. In the Virtual Tour Editor, click the Share button in the upper-right corner.
  4. Toggle Activate Sharing to ON to reveal the editable share link.
  5. Click Copy, then paste and send the link via chat, email, or anywhere else.

✅ Notes:

  • Anyone with the link can edit the tour.
  • All edits are saved to the same tour.
  • You don’t need to be online—changes made by others will appear when you next open the tour.
