How to Share and Collaborate on a Tour in GoThru AI Moderator

Sharing your virtual tour with clients or team members is easy using GoThru's AI Moderator tool. It allows real-time collaboration so everyone sees updates as they happen.

Steps to Share and Collaborate on a Tour
- Go to My Tour
- Navigate to My Tour
- Select the tour you want to share
- Click on Tools
- Choose Create Navigation
- Open the Tour in GoThru AI Moderator
- This opens the tour in edit mode.
- Click the “Share” Button
- Located in the top-right corner of the AI Moderator screen
- Enable Shareable Editing
- Toggle the Activate Sharing switch
- This will generate a collaboration link
- Copy and Share the Link
- Paste it into an email, chat, or any other communication tool
- Others with the link can join and make edits in real time

- Anyone with the link can edit the tour, so share only with trusted collaborators.
- All changes are saved to the same tour, ensuring seamless teamwork.
