How to Share and Collaborate on a Tour in GoThru AI Moderator

Sharing your virtual tour with clients or team members is easy using GoThru's AI Moderator tool. It allows real-time collaboration so everyone sees updates as they happen.

Steps to Share and Collaborate on a Tour

  1. Go to My Tour
    • Navigate to My Tour
    • Select the tour you want to share
    • Click on Tools
    • Choose Create Navigation
  2. Open the Tour in GoThru AI Moderator
    • This opens the tour in edit mode.
  3. Click the “Share” Button
    • Located in the top-right corner of the AI Moderator screen
  4. Enable Shareable Editing
    • Toggle the Activate Sharing switch
    • This will generate a collaboration link
  5. Copy and Share the Link
    • Paste it into an email, chat, or any other communication tool
    • Others with the link can join and make edits in real time

  • Anyone with the link can edit the tour, so share only with trusted collaborators.
  • All changes are saved to the same tour, ensuring seamless teamwork.
