How to Upload 360 Images to Google Without a Business Listing

A Simple Guide for Non-Business Virtual Tours

You don’t need a verified business profile to publish 360 images to Google Maps. GoThru allows you to create and upload tours even for parks, trails, public spaces, or personal projects.

1️⃣ Getting Started

What You’ll Need

  • 360-degree images (minimum 5300x2650px, JPG format)
  • A GoThru account connected to your Google profile

2️⃣ Create a New Tour

  • Log in to your GoThru Dashboard
  • Click "Create New Tour"
  • Select "Publish 360 Images Without a Business Listing"
  • Enter coordinates on the map only (e.g., 49.360098, -123.033824)

3️⃣ Upload & Connect Images

Option A: Direct Upload

  • Click "Browse Files" or drag-and-drop your panoramas
  • Wait for confirmation of successful upload

Option B: Import from Cloud

  • Use Google Drive or Dropbox for faster bulk uploads
  • Open the Panorama Connector
  • Double-click the first image to open it
  • Use Auto Link for quick connection between panoramas
  • Manually adjust image positions if needed

5️⃣ Publish to Google Maps

  • Click "Publish to Google Maps" (not tied to a business page)
  • Confirm the publishing
  • Submit tour

✅ Your images will be live on Google Street View within 24–48 hours, depending on processing time.
